About This Role

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Develop specific plans to prioritize. Organize process of incoming and outgoing mail. Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Supervise postal activities. Prepare and submit reports. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Co-ordinate, assign and review work. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery. Manage the operations of package handling. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Train workers in duties and policies. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years. Employment terms options: Flexible hours.
