Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots. Greenhouse cleaning. Clean work area. Load, unload and transfer crates, supplies and farm produce, livestock and poultry. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Examine product for quality and its readiness for the market. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Perform data entry. Weigh produce and bulk foods. Explain required standards to agricultural workers . Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work independently. Fast-paced environment. Physically demanding. Ability to distinguish between colours. Attention to detail.
