Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Relocation costs covered by employer. Restaurant. Hotel, motel, resort. Tasks: Inspect dining rooms and other food and beverage serving areas. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Attend to seating arrangements for large groups. Greet customers. Perform opening and closing activities. Receive customers' reservations and assign tables. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Standing for extended periods. Walking. Work under pressure. Personal suitability: Client focus. Excellent oral communication.
