Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Large volume bakery. Tasks: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders. Bake mixed dough and batters. Prepare special orders. Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards. Inspect kitchen and food service areas. Operate machinery. Organize and maintain inventory. Adjust processing machines and equipment. Set up machines. Clean machines and immediate work areas. Food specialties: Breads and rolls. Industrial processes and products experience: Quality assurance and control. Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail.
