Garage Supervisor

About This Role

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Prepare production and other reports. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise workers and projects. Co-ordinate and schedule activities. Train or arrange for training. Estimate costs and materials. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units. Supervision: 3-4 people. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Attention to detail. Fast-paced environment. Personal suitability: Client focus. Flexibility. Organized. Team player. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year. Supports for visible minorities: Provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.
