About This Role

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. Tasks: Evaluate daily operations . Plan and organize daily operations. Recruit staff. Set staff work schedules. Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures. Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms. Conduct performance reviews. Cost products and services. Organize and maintain inventory. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies. Participate in marketing plans and implementation. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Provide customer service. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Supervision: More than 20 people. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Access. MS Excel. MS Office. Point of sale system. Spreadsheet.
